Mains Filter, stamped "BL15" on the underside of the casting. Comprises a simple 4 inch diameter coil on both live and neutral. Cast aluminium frame. Wire (externally) in VIR (vulcanised India rubber) cable (now perished). Possibly oart of Marconi Stille or Philip Miller.
