BBC OS3/1 Variable Frequency Oscillator, 1960. This is a modified version of the BBC TS/10 included in the TE1/l tester (used for testing of lines). Frequency range is selected by relays, and variable capacitor is mechanically driven by drive unit TE1A/l which can be disconnected for manual operation.
