Marconiphone T36AB portable valve radio, 1954-1956. An attached case, portable. Wooden case covered in beige imitation lizard skin. Contrasting burgundy material under lid around knobs and dial. Receives Broadcast (Medium Wave) and Long Wave stations. Runs using AC Mains or dry batteries (7.5 + 90 volt). Five valves (X18, W17, ZD17, N19 and U142 H.T. rectifier). Original cost £13.14s.2d plus tax.
