Lustraphone VR64 ribbon microphone

Lustraphone VR64 pencil ribbon microphone, 1964. It was known s the 'ribbonette' because of its small size. This example is painted in the grey hammertone finish. It is also complete with a hinged integral metal stand for a table top, however, the stand is damaged and the microphone will not stay upright. These mics were badged with either 'High' or 'Low' impedance. It was the successor to the Lustraphone VR53. There was also a stereo version, the VR65.
