Philips Valve Capacitor microphone. In box with two spare capsules.
Philips Omni Valve capacitor microphone "much loved for orchestral balance (single mic balance) - capsules rather variable and connector unreliable". Used with fixed equaliser. Has EF40 valve and 3-pin XLR connector - assumed that pin 1 = common, pin 2 = 6.3v DC (heater) and pin 3 = HT in and signal out (anode resistor in power supply).
