Atlantic - Mole collection of items. Atlantic Mole-generating audio decoder (= part 1) and mains power unit (= part 2). The AC078 ATLANTIC Project : To maintain the Technical Quality of future TV production required the ability to handle and process the video and audio signals in compressed form. This ATLANTIC MOLE project developed the technology to enable the signal to be kept in compressed MPEG format throughout the complete broadcast chain.
