Camera Control Unit & Power supply.
The camera control unit controls the electronics in the camera head, so enabling remote control of the head and allowing the exposure of the camera to be controlled from a darkened area. The camera person set up and focused the shot, an engineer exposed the picture. The power supply unit supplies all the power to the camera chain including the zoom lens.
