EEV, EMI and RCA Image orthicon Camera tubes (several). All tubes are Maintenance grade, and have record cards of their usage. There are 2 off EEV 4½ ", 3 off EMI 4½ " and 1 off RCA 3". Image orthicon tubes were made in 2 sizes 3" and 4½"

Image Orthicon's were valued at and insured for £500 to £1000 each - quite a sum in 1950 - and hired and paid for per hour used. Don Brothers and Ben Palmer devised a standard method of lining up IO camera channels which was followed by all BBC London television studios in the late 1950's and used with all the new BBC Image Orthicon 4 ½" camera channels.
