Video amplitude level measuring unit. This unit was used with an oscilloscope to accurately measure the amplitude of the video waveform. The switches enable different parameters to be quickly measured. Switches select sync, luminance, R-Y, B-Y, etc. which move the output so the display shows 2 lines of video displaced by the appropriate voltage.
