Camera control unit for the 2001 range of colour cameras made by EMI. This was the first colour camera used in quantity for colour broadcasting. It was in service for 27 years.

The camera used 4 Plumbicon tubes each 30mm diameter, R,G,B and luminance. The luminance channel gives the high frequency information, and hence detail in the picture whilst the colour channels give a lower resolution colour images.
