Kolster-Brandes Masterpiece radio receiver, 1930. The company supplied 40,000 of these radios to the Godfrey Phillips tobacco company, who gave them away to customers in exchange for cigarette coupons. The bakelite cabinet is equipped with a special hinged lid which ensures that the speaker does not overhang the back of the unit. It uses only 2 valves.
