Tektronix 525 Waveform Monitor. The waveform monitor was used to line up the camera output, to ensure it is the correct Broadcast specification. It made it possible to see the line or field structure as a waveform looking through the picture with black at the bottom and white at the top. The scale is 0% synchronising pulses bottom, 30% balck level, 100% white level. 0% to 100% measures 1 volt.
