TT-3060A Capsat Mobile Telephone, a Mini M Satellite Terminal, created by Thrane and Thrane A/S, Denmark, 1997.

Conceived long before Skype, the Capsat was designed as a versatile communications device for telephone calls, fax, data transfer and email. The small flat panel antenna could be located up to 200 metres from the telephone to give best alignment for communication via satellite, allowing world-wide reach.
