Sheet of three colour offset lithograph test plates of John Hinde photographs taken for the book 'Exmoor Village' by W J Turner, published by George Harrap & Co Ltd, 1947. 'Exmoor Village' recorded the observations of investigators from the Mass Observation project in the village of Luccombe in West Somerset. It was illustrated with photographs by John Hinde. Contains three prints, 'Doorstep Chat', 'Fireside, and 'View Looking Down into Luccombe', photographed by John Hinde 1944.
