Notice, British Railways, Engine spotting at Birmingham New Street station, 1962. Lithograph in red lettering with British Railways 'totem' logo at the top. Additional text reads "British Railways announce with regret that, in the interests of safety, the practice of boys remaining on the platforms and railway premises at Birmingham New Street station for the purpose of engine-spotting and watching trains is prohibited". Text at bottom left margin reads "B.R.35014 August, 1962 D.259P." and at bottom right "Printed by Dawson & Goodall Ltd., Grove Street, Bath, 5225". Format double royal.
