Galvanic stimulator, in wooden box. Contains two cylindrical single cell batteries at rear, and compartment for wires, pads, etc in front. In lower part, on a flap is mounted coil, switch terminals etc for controlling the shocks. Thought to have been used for medical purposes. c.1900
