Telemetry antenna from Skylark rocket, made in England by British Aircraft Corporation, 1965-1972.

Skylark rockets could reach a height of 200 miles and were used to photograph sections of the Earth and conduct experiments. This type of antenna was used on the Skylark rockets launched from Woomera, Australia.
