Model of an English Electric Company three-cylinder steam turbo-alternator, which was installed at Bromborough Power Station, Merseyside. Original turbo-alternator installed 1952-1955. Date of model 1952-1993.

Bromborough power station, in Merseyside, provided public electricity supplies from 1951 to 1980. The site was equiped with four English Electric Company 52.5 MW turbo-alternators, with hydrogen cooled alternators generating electricity at 11 kV.
