Self-indicating tobacco scale by W.& T. Avery.

Patent no. 134128 was granted 9/1/1919 and relates to counter scales and pendulum weight apparatus; with particular reference to relieving the beam from supporting the pans in the event of a sudden violent movement. The Avery scales make use of this invention.
