Becca Hall Mimic board tile

One of a set of 144 tiles from the mimic board from Becca Hall, used as a regional UK National Grid electricity control centre until 1997. Made about 1980. A matrix comprised of plastic tiles 10mm x 10mm, inserted into aluminium alloy frames 300 x 300 mm. The frames are supported using rods which attach to a supporting rear structure of metal L shaped supports which set the spacing and rigidity.
