Replica of the Mr Fingal character puppet from the children's animated television series Cockleshell Bay, made by Cosgrove Hall Productions Ltd for transmission on Thames Television between 1982 and 1986.

Cockleshell Bay was narrated by the actor and writer Brian Trueman. Trueman wrote and voiced many of the early Cosgrove Hall animations, including Count Duckular (1998 – 1993) and Danger Mouse (1981 – 1992).

The friendly Irish character of Mr Fingle features in the animated series alongside the main characters, twins Robin and Rosie.
