Black Bakelite point indicator. Located on model railway layout, gauge 1, Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway Signalling School, built 1912, by L&YR.
Point indicators show the postion of points to signallers. Points are indicated as N for normal postion or R when set out of normal postion for an an alternative route.
