Gelatin silver print entitled 'June 1969, Harlesden, London. Families left in limbo by a change of council and change of plans. Area designated slum clearance by Labour, then when Conservatives came in, plans were stopped. By this time half the homes were empty and all the shops closed'. Picture shows 3 ladies and 1 child outside houses and was taken by Nick Hedges, June 1969.
