Small booklet, ‘A scale test for estimating the intelligence, as used by the City of Oxford Educational (Child Guidance) Clinic’, published in 1935 by Oxford Educational Supply. It contains scoring instructions and test materials for 19 separate subtests, including standard IQ test components such as word memory, picture completion, and analogies, as well as unusual components such as deciding which of two faces is prettier, and free association. The scoring system gave an ‘intellectual age’ ranging from 0 to 16. The book is less than 50 pages long and looks unused; a few pages at the end were never cut.
