Silver gelatin print Paul Tanqueray, 1929. Portrait of actor Ivor Novello (1893-1951) in his play "Symphony in Two Flats". Novello was a romantic actor, dramatist and composer of popular music. One of his best-known compositions is "Keep the Home Fires Burning".

From the exhibition 'Monday's Children' at the Impressions Gallery, 26th November 1977 to 14th January 1978.
