Type M102 64R Tap changer, suitable for use on 295hV earthed nuetral transformer windings to give 30% voltage variations in 18 steps. Mounted on wood trimmet red base board with buttons to push to raise and lower the mechanism, Working parts covered with perspex so they can be seen.
