Wristwatch by Smiths English Clocks Ltd, England, 1942. Stainless steel case engraved on back 'A.M. 6B/159, 12430/42' . White enamel dial. Movement with lever escapement, nickel balance with Chronovar spring, and 15 jewels. Presented to the museum of the Worshipful Company of Clockmakers by Smiths Industries Ltd in 1948. Clockmakers' Museum No. 512
