One hundred pounds will be paid by the Ocean, Railway, and General Accident Assurance Company, Limited, Mansion House Buildings, London, to the person whom the proprietor of "Tit-Bits" may decide to be the next-of-kin of anyone who is killed in a railway accident in the United Kingdom, provided a copy of the current issue of "Tit-Bits" is found upon the deceased at the time of the catastrophe. This sum will not be paid in the case of an accident to a railway servant when on duty, or of a suicide".
