Eidotrope magic lantern slide
One large format pulley operated eidotrope.
Eidotropes were a variation of a chromatrope which used counter-rotating discs of perforated metal, showing a swirling pattern of brilliant white dots on the screen. Coloured translucent sheets could be added to tint the display.
