Paperweight, London & North Eastern Railway, Silver Link, No. 2509, silver plated locomotive with an oxidised silver finish base embossed ‘Locomotive of the Silver Jubilee’, presented to Ezra Kitchin for the prompt actions he took to avoid a railway accident on the down main line at Bawtry Station on March 20th 1936, when he alerted the driver of the Silver Jubilee train of a car obstructing the line.
