Handbill for a screening of the flim 'Patton' at the Odeon Ringway, Birmingham, c.1970.

Small collection of brochures, handbills, tickets and photographs relating to the marketing and presentation of Cinerama films and films shot in other widescreen formats.

The Scala Superama opened in Birmingham in November 1964. The Superama was then taken over by the Rank Organisation on 22 February 1970. The cinema was rebranded as the Odeon Ringway, followed by another rebranding to the Odeon Queensway in 1972.
