Consisting of a green box containing two large, curved metal components, a metal rod, a metal component with a thread on one end, a metal component with a bend at one end, and two metal components with hoops on one end. Also includes a stack of papers, one of which reads: 'These belong to Cymagraph No1. Inscription on box in handwriting of the inventor Prof. R. Willis Jacksonian Professor in the University of Cambridge.'
