Glass flask, flat bottom, 600mL capacity with three necks. Centre neck has bolt-head, two side necks are off centre and angled inwards. Made in England by Chance Brothers Ltd, date of manufacture unknown. Object has maker's mark and brand name "HYSIL" on centre neck.
