The 24-hour dial displays sidereal time with inset age and phase of the moon. This watch, known as the 'Space Traveller's watch' is one of two watches created by Daniels in honour of the 1969 moon landing. Retained by Daniels until his death in 2011, he once joked ‘when you’re on your package tour to Mars you need a watch like this’.
