'Ilfex' x-ray film box, made by Ilford, containing red and black suckers, used to represent atoms for the space group teaching aid. Owned by Kathleen Lonsdale, it was also used by Dr Judith Milledge. From a collection relating to the X-ray crystallography research carried out by Dame Kathleen Lonsdale at University College London.
