Hand-coloured stereophotograph from the Diableries series, 'Une Exposition Infernale' [Infernal Exhibition], showing a bric a brac of objects, demons, skeletons and people in various costumes under a decorated horseshoe arch.
Taken by an unknown photographer in about 1866 and published by BK of Paris. Part of a series begun in 1861, these amusing stereoscopic photographs were sculpted and photographed by either Atabert or Hennetier.
