Stereophotograph from the Diableries series, Retour des Courses en Enfer [Returning from the races in Hell], showing a demon (Satan?) accompanied by a woman in a carriage pulled by skeletons on bicycles, with skeleton spectators.

Taken by an unknown photographer in 1868 and published by BK (Adolphe Block) of Paris. Part of a series begun in 1861, these amusing stereoscopic photographs were sculpted and photographed by either Habert or Hennetier.
