Story titled "Life in the Elephant", about everyday life in London's Elephant and Castle neighbourhood. Caption in magazine reads: "Corinthian pillars in a Hogarthian slum. In the burnt-out Metropolitan Tabernacle, Victorian preacher Spurgeon raised his warning voice on Thursdays and Sundays."
