From page 7 of snapshot album number 19 of the Russian Imperial Royal Family, compiled by Herbert Galloway Stewart (1866-1960).

The little girl in the pram, identified by Herbert Galloway Stewart only as 'Princess Irina’s baby', is the daughter of H. H. Princess Irina and Prince Felix Felixovich Yusupov.

Princess Irina Felixovna Yusupova, known as "Bebé" to her family, was born on 21 March 1915. After the February Revolution, the family settled in Paris, with the young Princess being raised by her paternal grandparents, returning to her parents when she was nine years old.
