Face covering to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, designed by Sunnie Delilah and made by her team at Delilah's Dressing Room, for people who have long beards and/or wear turbans or headwear, United Kingdom, 2020

Birmingham designer, Sunnie Delilah, developed a face covering for her father in law, Darshan Singh Garcha who has a long beard and wears a turban as part of his Sikh faith. He was struggling to use off the shelf face coverings as provided to him during his work as a bus driver. Providing a beard pocket and adding a toggle fastening has proven popular with many people, with orders being shipped worldwide. Rules around face coverings are have changed as restrictions have been increased or lessened in response to the pandemic.
