James Bond ‘No Time to Die’ was the first of many blockbuster films to be postponed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Originally planned to premiere in China in April 2020, the viewing was cancelled due to coronavirus. Postponed twice more, the film finally premiered on 30 September 2021 at the Royal Albert Hall in London. Two days alter the film was released in cinemas in the United Kingdom. It is the 25th James Bond film as well as Daniel Craig’s last film playing the character.

The film’s postponement was announced just after The Sunday Times sent their Culture supplement to print where the new film was the cover story. A new cover featuring the poet Charlotte Mew was designed, while the printers stopped the presses. After 30 minutes, the presses restarted, with the new design in place and was published on 8 March 2020.
