The most high profile stage for such messaging have been at the daily UK government press conferences held at 10 Downing Street where this lectern sign was used. It's message "Stay Home This Easter" was displayed for a short period during April 2020 to discourage people from visiting friends and relatives and reinforcing the basic 'Stay at Home' message.
