Responding to bed shortages for Colombian patients as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, ABC Displays created this design for a foldable flat pack hospital bed which also transforms into a coffin in the worst case scenario.
Beds like this have been used in Bogota, and the surrounding area, reflecting the challenges posed by the global pandemic and the immense pressure placed on health care systems.
