If you received your first dose of the Oxford AstraZeneca (AZ) COVID-19 vaccine after 7 April 2021, you may have been handed a leaflet like this one. The double-sided guide gives information about the elevated, yet extremely rare, risk of developing blood clotting problems following the vaccine.
