During the COVID-19 pandemic, there was a lot of public support for healthcare workers and institutions like Royal Trinity Hospice, who were working in difficult and unprecedented circumstances. This postcard is one of many messages of support that were sent to Royal Trinity Hospice in March 2020 during the first wave of coronavirus in the United Kingdom. Many of those messages were accompanied by donations of cake, chocolates, and hand creams.
Founded in 1891, Royal Trinity Hospice is England’s oldest hospice. They provide in-patient and community palliative and end of life care in South West London.
