Royal Trinity Hospice leaflet titled ‘What to do when someone dies at home’, published March 2020 in anticipation of more people dying at home, one of several leaflets Royal Trinity Hospice produced in February to May 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic

Royal Trinity Hospice produced this leaflet to help support their local community. During the pandemic, Royal Trinity Hospice found that more people were choosing to remain at home, rather than going into the hospice. This was partly due to the strict visiting restrictions that were necessary in hospices and care homes. Death is a difficult topic to talk about, but through leaflets like this one, Royal Trinity Hospice could help people be more prepared for what happens when someone dies at home.

Founded in 1891, Royal Trinity Hospice is England’s oldest hospice. They provide in-patient and community palliative and end of life care in South West London.
