Bone scoop, Roman. The scoop has a straight stem, which is circular in cross-section, tapering to a scooped end; and a baluster-shaped finial at the other end. The baluster-shaped finial is circumvented by a ‘manu fica’, or ‘fig-shaped’ hand.
