Are you excited or angry? Fearful or happy? These cards help people recognise and talk about feelings and emotions. They were created for autistic people and others who sometimes need support in interpreting facial expressions.

Each card includes a head and shoulders portrait photograph on one side and a label for the corresponding feeling on the reverse. They were made by Picture My Picture, an Australian company founded by the mother of an autistic child. Now sold across the globe, the educational flashcards are used to support a diverse range of educational needs. These include, but are not limited to – autism, stroke, a language delay/disorder, English as a Second Language, dementia and general education.
