A5 fold out leaflet "National Framework for living with COVID-19 Creat Náisiúnta maidir le Maireachtáil le Covid-19", Coronavirus COVID-19 Public Health Advice published by Government of Ireland Rialtas na hÉireann, 2020

“Like the rest of the world, Ireland is learning how to live with COVID-19.”

Depending on the speed of the spread of COVID-19, this leaflet details the five levels of COVID-19 restrictions that people in Ireland could expect. An illustration showed what was possible at each level for social events such as weddings and funerals, indoor and outdoor events, religious services exercise, restaurants and bars, retail services, travel, workplaces, education, care homes and those at higher risk of contracting COVID. Level 5 was the highest level of restrictions. Different areas of Ireland could under different levels of restrictions.

Launched in September 2020, The National Framework for Living with COVID-19 was built on three main themes: healthy people, strong businesses, and resilient communities. Healthy people focused on personal responsibilities and the resumption of non-COVID services and care. In Ireland there was financial help available for businesses – loans and grants, wage subsidies, higher unemployment payments, re-training programs. The Communities strand looked to focus on wellbeing and the voluntary sector to help deliver programmes and services.
