Velo CT ½ inch pitch chain with 112 links, made by Renold Chain Limited, Manchester. This chain is number 9 of a limited run of 138. It is for use on single speed track and BMX bikes. Includes limited edition numbered chain wear gauge and limited edition partnership booklet all held within storage tin inside a cardboard packaging box.
Renold developed this chain in collaboration with British Cycling and Bristol University to be used on both track and BMX bikes at the Rio Olympics. To celebrate the results of their Olympic success in 2016 and to mark the anniversary of Hans Renold’s invention of the bush roller chain, Renold brought out this limited-edition chain: Velo CT with a run of 138 sets.
